FRI Investors manages this 72,000 square foot three story office building located in suburban West Palm Beach for offshore investors. Built for Florida Power and Light in 1972, FRI had to multi tenant the building when FPL vacated in 1994. Within eighteen months and after a detailed construction process, FRI had signed a lease with the Department of Environment for half of the building, a number of other State tenants and a healthcare company to bring the occupancy up to 100%. The building has maintained this occupancy.
