Jonathan Cameron-Hayes

As a founding partner of FRI Investors in 1995, Jonathan has been involved with all of FRI’s acquisitions and management of new assets. He is currently involved with the leasing and marketing efforts of the South Carolina assets as well as overlooking the management of properties owned by third party owners.

Prior to establishing the FRI platform, he had experience working with offshore investors and managing their portfolios of commercial and residential properties in Florida and Tennessee, and had served as liaison to leading lending and investment houses in Europe and the United States.

Jonathan was educated in the United Kingdom and obtained his degree in Economics and Politics at York University and then spent ten years in the British military before relocating to Florida in 1983.
