 FRI Investors, Inc. acquired One and Two Liberty Square, two Class “A” mid-rise office buildings totaling 425,638 square feet in downtown Greenville, SC .in 2006.
One and Two Liberty Square are located in the heart of the Downtown Greenville submarket, the center of business activity in the Greenville-Spartanburg area. In the later half of 2005, One and Two Liberty Square were extensively renovated. The renovations significantly upgraded and enhanced the lobbies, entryways, common areas and overall appeal of the buildings. These improvements have ensured that One and Two Liberty Square will be top of market Class “A” office buildings well into the future.
