Mr. McCloskey has been a principal in the acquisition
of more than 4 million square feet of office space in
the southeastern United States with an aggregate value
in excess of a half a billion dollars. A third-generation
builder and developer, Mr. McCloskey's family has been
influential in building and development since the 1920s,
building such landmarks as the Rayburn Congressional
House Office Building in Washington, D.C., Veterans
Stadium in Philadelphia, and many other government,
commercial and major residential projects throughout
the East and South.
