Chief Financial Officer
Frank is a Florida Certified Public Accountant. He is responsible
for handling all financial aspects of FRI Investors transactions on
behalf of its clients. Prior to his affiliation with the FRI Investors team, he was an audit manager with Coopers and Lybrand. Mr.
Miller has an MBA from Stetson University, and is a member of the America
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of
Certified Public Accountants.
