Brian Schiedemeyer

Brian provides extensive knowledge and experience in managing, leasing, and the construction and development of commercial real estate. As a SVP for FRI Investors since 2002, Brian’s primary responsibility has been managing and leasing Regions Center, negotiating more than 80 lease transactions valued at more than $31 million and managed in excess of $20 million in capital improvements.

Prior to joining FRI, Brian was VP of Development and Project Management Services for Trammell Crow Company in Middle Tennessee and had several titles while working for Turner Construction Company gaining extensive knowledge and experience in the construction and development of commercial real estate. During his 11 years working for these companies Brian was directly involved in managing construction and development projects exceeding $200 million in contract value consisting of 2 million square feet of industrial/distribution, 400,000 square feet of office, 200,000 square feet of retail, and 500,000 square feet of special purpose facilities.

Brian earned a BS degree in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin in 1991.
