Brian provides extensive knowledge and experience in the construction and development of commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has been directly involved in new construction and development projects exceeding $100 million in contract value. Prior to joining FRI Investors, Mr. Schiedemeyer gained valuable experience as Vice President of Development and Project Management Services for Trammell Crow Company and as a Project Manager for Turner Construction Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin and is an Affiliate Broker in the State of Tennessee
